The Reading Room Association offers a variety of services:
Browsing for books, magazines, newspapers, audio books, and DVDs
Help finding the right book or other materials to suit your needs
Interlibrary loan service from any of the 65 NCLS member libraries
Access to electronic media such as, ebooks, e-magazines, and digital audio books (download Libby, Overdrive, or North Country Libraries apps)
Four desktop computers for public use
Assistance with computers, e-readers, tablets, and smartphones (as staff is available, making an appointment is a good idea)
Printing (color and black and white), scanning, copying, and faxing (fees apply for these services)
Curbside service
Outreach service (home delivery for eligible patrons)
Grab-and-Go crafts
Story time for children up to age 5 and their caregivers on Thursday mornings at 10:30am
Snowshoe lending
Fishing pole and tackle box lending
Zoo New York (formerly known as Thompson Park Zoo) Library Discovery Pass available for loan. Admission is free for two adults and four youth, ages 3 through 17. Children under the age of three are always free, so are not counted as part of the four free youth.
