GO FISH! Fishing Rod Lending Program
You can use your library card to borrow adult and child fishing rods along with tackle boxes for up to one week. If you have never been fishing before, we have instructions on casting as well as information on local fishing spots. Everyone over the age of 16 must possess a valid NYS Freshwater Fishing License to borrow. Licenses are available at most sporting goods stores, town clerks offices, DEC offices, and over the phone or online by visiting www.dec.ny.gov
Our library is pleased to announce that we have a Zoo New York (formerly known as Thompson Park Zoo) Library Discovery Pass available for loan. With the Zoo New York Discovery Pass, admission is free for two adults and four youth, ages 3 through 17. Children under the age of three are always free, so are not counted as part of the four free youth. Stop in for more details.

The Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, September 8th at 3:30pm in the library’s Loft. Meeting documents are available upon request.

Interested in free books! The Library is teaming up with St. James School to sign children up for participation in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Stop in the library to pick up your form. The Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income.
